It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry Allen Greer of Boone, North Carolina, who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jerry Allen Greer to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Greer and Susie Belle Moody Greer; and his sister Rosedna Potter. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Parleir Greer of Boone; his daughters, Alicia Moretz (Jeremy) of Boone and Paige Mast-Blevins (Kody) of Boone; his grandchildren, Hunter Mast, Addison Moretz, Emma Moretz and Harper Blevins; and his siblings, Catherine Watts (Mike) of Vilas and Charles Greer (Nancy) of Vilas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rutherwood Baptist Church (142 Don Hayes Rd, Boone, NC 28607). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
