He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Greer and Susie Belle Moody Greer; and his sister Rosedna Potter. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Parleir Greer of Boone; his daughters, Alicia Moretz (Jeremy) of Boone and Paige Mast-Blevins (Kody) of Boone; his grandchildren, Hunter Mast, Addison Moretz, Emma Moretz and Harper Blevins; and his siblings, Catherine Watts (Mike) of Vilas and Charles Greer (Nancy) of Vilas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
