She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Bertie Storie Combs; her son Gregory Paul Isaacs; and her siblings, Eula Combs Norris, Ila Combs Weaver, Velma Combs Johnson, Laura Jean Combs McGuire, Kathleen Combs Moore, Robert Smith Combs, Rufus William Combs, John Rex Combs, Wiley Norman Combs and James Carlton Combs.
She is survived by: her nephew Oliver Adams (Linda) of Sugar Grove; and her nieces, Margaret Hartley (Rudy) of Zionville, Sue Hagaman of Boone and Ruth Gibbons (Roger) of Ronda.
