With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Dell Waters of Boone, North Carolina, born in Worthville, Kentucky, who passed away on July 4, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Goldsberry and Edith Goldsberry; and her son Bryon Waters. She is survived by : her husband Clifford Waters; her children, Rusty Waters (Cathy) of Boone and Cindy Penick (Stewart) of Boone; her grandchildren, Carrie Church (Eric), Andy Waters (Jessica), Dustin Presnell, Devin Presnell (Chelsea), Amber Newton (Jonathan), Marcus Penick (Stephanie), Caleb Waters, Bryna Sutter (Elliott), Elena Waters and Talia Rominger; and her brother Gary Goldsberry (Nanette) of Winston-Salem.
