He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer V. Woodrow and Bertice Carriker Woodrow; his brother Warren Neal Woodrow; and his wife Barbara Sellers Woodrow. He is survived by: his children, Randy Woodrow (Kimberly) and Beverly Carroll (Curtis); his siblings, Vernessa McGuinness (Bruce), Terry Woodrow (Donna) and Karen Nance (Terry); his grandchildren, Olivia Brown (Micah), Lindsey Sapp (Joey), Shane Carroll and Mason Woodrow; and his great grandchildren, Landon Brown, Caden Brown, Mila Sapp and Wilson Sapp.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (375 W King St, Boone, NC 28607). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
The family suggests memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Boone, 375 West King Street, Boone, NC 28607.
