He is survived by: his wife Debbie Norris; his children, Stephanie Smith (Ryan) of Asheboro and John Hollar (Brooke) of Todd; his grandchildren, Tera, Tyler, Brandon, Mason, Rayn, Izzie, Henry, Jase, Kaden, Jamison, Nora Jane and Lucy; his great grandchild Jameson; and his siblings, Donnie Norris (Lynda) and Jeanne Norris (Ted). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts be made in memory of Tommy to Debbie Norris for the "Tommy Norris Grandkids Fund.".
