With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Lou Johnson of Boone, North Carolina, who passed away on September 10, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dayton Lawson and Lula Campbell Greene; and her siblings, Paul, Burl, Bud Greene, Floy Ehlers and Louise Baird.
She is survived by: her son Boyd Johnson (Emily) of Granite Falls; her grandson Connor Johnson of Valdese; and her daughter Heather Shipman (Josh) of Weaverville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
