It is with sadness that the passing of Patricia Irene Miller Israel of Boone, North Carolina is shared. Patricia, born on March 26, 1938 in Detroit, Michigan, passed away on August 19, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Lee Miller, Jr. and Nettie Irene Davis Miller; her husband Judson Wesley Israel; her son-in-law Jerry Sylvan Kilby; and her sister Elizabeth Anne Ballew.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Steven Israel (Jeanette) of Hickory, Pamela Israel Kilby of Millers Creek, Thomas Lee Israel (Martha) of Appleton, Wisconsin, Lisa Carol Fulk (Tony) of Banner Elk and Amy Church (Gary) of Boone. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
