It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Cabell Gragg of Boone, North Carolina, born in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, who passed away on March 19, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Exie Tolbert Gragg; his wife Billie Miller Gragg; his son Phillip Gragg; his siblings, Pansy Mullins, Clara Fox, Thomas Gragg and Edward Gragg; and his daughter-in-law Sharon Koontz Gragg.

He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Vines; his son Paul Gragg (Angela); his sister Martha Gragg Norris; his grandchildren, David Gragg, Christopher Gragg (Deanna), Michael Gragg (Casey), Ryan Gragg (Antigone), Jodi Gragg Stines (Justin) and Alexis Gragg; his great grandchildren, Trathan Gragg, Lainey Gragg, Tatym Gragg, Baylor Gragg, Josie Stines, Jaron Stines, Charlee Gragg and Nick Lyons; and his friends, Grace Potter and Buddy Fore. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
