He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Beardsley and Meta Froelich Beardsley; his wife Florence Dorr; his grandson Timothy Beardsley; and his brothers, Robert and Richard.

He is survived by: his children, Mark Beardsley, Karen Jolley (Mark), Rev. Brian Beardsley (Michelle) and Gregg Beardsley; his grandchildren, Christopher Jolley, Stephen Jolley, Brian Beardsley, Joshua Beardsley (Brook), Nathan Beardsley (Nicki), David Beardsley and Aimee Ebert (Casey); his great grandchildren, Olivia, Conor, Silas, Grayson, Jadyn, Christian, Asher, Wyatt, Elijah, Karis and Adaline; and his granddaughter-in-law Kass Beardsley.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Lutheran Church (168 Mound St, Berlin, WI 54923). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
