He was predeceased by: his father Gary Daniel Combs, Sr.; and his brothers, Gary Combs, Jr., Charles David Combs and Mark Combs. He is survived by: his mother Retha Barton Combs; his daughter Stephanie Leona-Mae Nielsen (Zackary) of Huntington, Indiana; his sister Gail Musick of Combs Ridge; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Hayden Nielsen, Adisyn Nielsen, Tristyn Nielsen, Gavin Nielsen, Alexys Nielsen, Annabelle Nielsen and Emory Nielsen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
