She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl Bryant and Alice Bryant; her husband Walter Winebarger; her children, Debra Winebarger, Thomas Winebarger and David Winebarger; her siblings, Robert Earl Bryant and Darlene Tallent; and her grandson Nathan Norris.
She is survived by: her children, Anne Norris of Boone, Dale Winebarger of Boone and Allen Winebarger of Boone; her grandchildren, Trathan Norris, Brent Winebarger, Ashley Winebarger, Dalton Winebarger and Patsy Hendricks; her daughter-in-law Rachel Winebarger of Meat Camp; her half-brother Millard Bryant; her siblings-in-law, Lola Bowles of Lexington and Joseph Tallent; Glenn Davis. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hampton Funeral Home Chapel (683 Blowing Rock Rd, Boone, NC 28607). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hampton Funeral Service to help with funeral expenses.
