He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Howell and Mary Ruth Porter Howell. He is survived by: his son Rodney Howell; and his brothers, Leroy Howell, Kevin Howell (Tonia) and Gilbert Howell (Adriana). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other family members.
