It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Steven Daye (Boonville, North Carolina), who passed away on September 15, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Quincy Daye and Doris Martin Singleton; his stepfather Glenn Amos Singleton; his wife Linda Gail Dixon Daye; and his brother Randy Daye.
He is survived by: his son Christopher David Daye (Sandra); his granddaughters, Savannah Williams (Jonathan) and Brianna Milholand (Scott); his great grandchildren, Vaida, Walker Williams and Waylon Milholand; his siblings, Kim Daye Gentry and Jeffery Earl Daye (Robin); his nephews, Patrick and Jacob Daye; his mother-in-law Dorothy Dinkins Dixon; and his close friend Max Phillips.
