James Jay Wasson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 2, 2022 we had to say goodbye to James Jay Wasson of Boonville, North Carolina, born in San Jose, California. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Wasson II; his grandparents, Frederick Dorse Wasson, Virginia Page Wasson, Delbert Courtney Willis and Mary Zeldee Pennington Willis; and his brother William Keith Wasson.

He is survived by: his mother Lynn Willis Wasson Martin; his wife Ann Marie Shaw Wasson; his sons, Joshua Shaw Wasson (Lauren) and James Nathaniel Wasson (Kortney); his siblings, Lisa Johnson (Jimmy), Doug Wasson and Michael Wasson; his half-brother Jason Wasson; his mother-in-law Marsha Shaw; his siblings-in-law, Julie Shaw, Jeannie Bumgarner and David Shaw (Carol); his nieces and nephews, Tommy Adams (Jessica), Dylan Wasson, Austin Bumgarner, Courtney Wasson, Amber Wasson, Jennifer Smith, Bailey Smith, Hannah Wasson and Maggie Bumgarner; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Haylie, Jase, Ethan and Maverick.
