She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Frank "Ted" Taylor and Vivian Irene Shugart Taylor; her children, Kathy Ann Eads, Tony Gray Eads and Stonie Delon Eads; her brothers, Charles Zachary Taylor (Lois) and Richard Frank Taylor (Linda); and her niece Angie Renee Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Amanda Eads Greenwood (Kim) and Michael Alan Eads (Sonja); her grandchildren, Taylor York Cure (Clint), Ryan Zachary Eads (Courtney) and Evan Alexander Eads (Samantha); her brother David Lee Taylor (Vickie); and her friend Mary E. Brown.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Gentry Family Funeral Service (428 E Main St, East Bend, NC 27018). A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Boonville Cemetery (201 Baptist Church Rd, Boonville, NC 27011).
