She was predeceased by: her parents, Turner Foster and Mattie Staley Foster; her husband Dwight Blevins; and her siblings, JT, Billy, Larry Foster and Dorothy Foster Spicer.

She is survived by: her son Tony; her daughter-in-law Cathy Blevins of Lewisville; her son Allen Blevins; her son-in-law Armando Aispuro of Charlotte; her brother Tommy; her sister-in-law Betty Foster of Hays; her sisters, Rosa Kersey of Roaring River, Jane McCloud of Wilkesboro and Linda Bauguess of Elkin; her granddaughters, Carly Blevins Roberson of Winston-Salem and Christy Blevins (Christian Kiser); and her great grandchild Saylor Roberson of Winston-Salem.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Mountain Valley Hospice in honor of Mozelle.
