He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Anderson and Emma Phelps Myers; and his brother Alden Fletcher Myers. He is survived by: his daughter Lynn Salmons (Darrell); his brother Frank Myers (Carlius); his close friends, John Sharpe (Ellen) and George Vestal (Hattie); and his caregiver Shannon.
