He was predeceased by: his parents, Conard Martin Brown and Bonnie Matthews Brown; his siblings, Carol Jean Miller (Raymond Miller), Charles David (CD) and Rayford Brown; and his brothers-in-law, Paul McCormick and Dale McCormick.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Brown of Boonville, NC; his daughter Kimberly Brown (Brett Houser) of Kernersville, NC; his granddaughter Savannah Pack of Richmond, VA; his sister Catherine Shaw (Phil) of Greensboro, NC; his sister-in-law Mary McCormick (Dale) of Boonville, NC; and his close friends, Lee Caudle and Calvin Dudley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to, Mountain Valley Hospice.
