He was predeceased by: his parent G. W. Baity; and his brother Larry Baity. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Stallings Baity; his son William Paul Baity; his brother Donald Baity (Bob Hicks); the mother of his child Lynette Baity; and his close friend Charles Dinkins.
