He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eugene Palmer and Martha Hunter Palmer; his significant other Gloria Moore; and his brother James Palmer. He is survived by: his sons, Jimmy Palmer (Kathy), Timmy Palmer and Billy Palmer (Christy); his stepchildren, Kenny Flynn and Lori Kane; his siblings, Jerry Palmer and Linda Lopez; his grandchildren, Jimmy Wayne Palmer, Kristin McAlister, Madison Moore, Tosha Palmer of Maria Palmer, T. J, Ashley Palmer, Cameron Palmer, Arielle Eure, Kyndal Rush, Bella Flynn and Reece Flynn; and his great grandchildren, Veronica, Bella, Sammy Jo, Kaylee, Mason, Kayah of Collin, A. J., Presley, Danielle, Nolan, Vivian, Lex'ee, Lacee, Emma, Suzanna and Mavrik.
