She was predeceased by: her husband Whitney "Jack" Leake; her parents, Lawrence Albano and Marie Albano; and her siblings, Ricky Albano, Frankie Albano, Vicki Albano, Brenda Albeiz, Larry Albano, Michael Albano, Marie Albano and Russell Albano.

She is survived by: her children, Alex Brown (Kristen Zboyovski) of Asheville, Leah Brantley (Terry) of Charlotte, Nicole Holland of Spindale and Kasey Fowler of Bostic; and her close friend Douglas Alexander. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
