He was predeceased by: his parents, Coy Toney and Nicie Toney; his siblings, Dean Toney, Lewis Toney and Ethylene Spake (Al); his brother-in-law Bill Burrow; and his niece Sylvia Shehan (Dean).
He is survived by: his sons, Waylon Toney (Kathy) of Duncan's Creek and Nathan Toney (Amanda) of Sunshine; his grandchildren, Eli Toney (Savanna), Coy Toney, Avery Collins (Autumn), Lydia Toney (Zachary), Chloe Toney and Weston Toney; his great grandchildren, Waylon and Bentley; his siblings, Catherine Burrow of Ellenboro and Foy Toney (Shirley) of Sunshine; Angie Mumford.
