Johnny Harris Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Harris of Bostic, North Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Alfred Harris and Annie Sisk Harris; his siblings, Pat H. Cooke, Genelle H. Adair, Kenneth "Bud" Harris and Jack Harris; and his nephews, Jonathan Cooke and Hal "Chip" Cooke II.
He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Waters Harris; his children, Vanessa Robbins (David) and Jason Harris (Greta); his grandson Garrett Robbins (Sydney); his children, Addison Harris-Trull (Hayden), Amelia Harris and Blake Harris; and his great grandchildren, Zeppelin and Lennox Robbins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Padgett & King Mortuary (227 E Main St, Forest City, NC 28043). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at the Bostic Baptist Church Cemetery (655 Bostic Sunshine Hwy, Bostic, NC 28018).
