She was predeceased by: her parents, Agapito Flores and Florencia Benavidas Flores; her husband Merrill Hammett; her children, Noemi "Pee Wee" Carver, Ida Henson and James Howard Hammett; her siblings, Chelo Liendo, Agapito Flores, Jr., Alfredo Flores and Felibeto Flores; her grandchild Thomas Carroll; and her great grandchildren, Brianne Carroll and Brittany Carroll.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Kesterson (Terry) of Forest City, Cindy James (Jesse) of Forest City, Tamy Grier (Kennith) of Ellenboro, Merrill "Tommy" Hammett (Judy) of Forest City and Diego Hammett (Lou) of Guam; and her brothers, Jose Flores (Sarah) of Bastrop, Ruben Flores (Gloria) of Laredo and Santiago Flores of Duncansville, Texas.. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, thirty-one great grandchildren and nine great-great grandchildren.
