She was predeceased by: her parents, Loften Hatchett and Lenna Hatchett; and her brother Steven Hatchett. She is survived by: her husband Larry Ben Ledford (L. B.); her daughter Ledford Murphy; her son-in-law David Murphy; her son Larry Ben Ledford Jr.; her daughter-in-law Debra Mills Ledford; her brother Johnny Hatchett; her sister-in-law Ginger; her sister Tammy Hatchett Posey; her granddaughters, Jillian Murphy and Lara Murphy (Luke Heurich); and her great grandchildren, Eliza "Ellie" Burrell, Hanna and Kaleigh Murphy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at 6120 Harshaw Rd, Murphy, NC 28902. A memorial service was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
