He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughter Amanda Metcalf (Brent); his granddaughters, Marley Ruth and Farrah Blake; his pet Copper; his brothers, Wayne Ball (Ruby), Norman Ball (Vera) and Ed Smith; and his friends, Mike and Debbie Taylor.
