He was predeceased by : his parents, Clarence Eubanks and Effie Raines Eubanks; his son Oral Eubanks; his brothers, Lolan Eubanks and Roy Eubanks; his grandmother Galloway (Ada Edwards); and his parents-in-law, Alvin and Audrey Owen.
He is survived by : his wife Evelyn Owen Eubanks; his children, Pansy Eubanks, Lorraine Toole (Danny) and Patrick Eubanks (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Cora, Elijah, Justin, Isaac, Daniel, Jordan, Eric and Misty. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
