He is survived by: his children, Jojo (Lovaline Kitchen), Micah Kitchen (Patricia), Tammy Hoxit and Melissa Hensley; his grandchildren, Abriana Hutchins, Emilee Kitchen and Kyle Kitchen; and his great grandchild Paysia Hensley. He is also survived by extended family, friends.
