He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Jenkins; his stepfather Bobby King of Brevard; his father Mark L. Gardner; his stepmother Sarah Gardner of Demorest, GA.; his sister Ashlee Gardner; and his brother-in-law Jim Peliksza of Atlanta, GA..
