He is survived by: his wife Norma Collins Hipp; his brother Raymond "Dardy" Hipp (Martha Hipp); his nieces, Pam Hipp Landreth (John Landreth) and Carla Owens (Brian Owens); his children, Kimberly Keeley (Scott Keeley), Kelly Meadows (Leif Meadows), Brian Hipp, Kandy Lowery (Eddie Lowery), Kyndra Prescott (John Prescott) and Brent Hipp (Melony Hipp); and his grandchildren, Meredith Semel (Brandon), Madeline Keeley, Green Meadows, Ty Whitesides (Hannah), Christian Prescott, Kylie Prescott, Melora Hipp, Lila Hipp, Austin Lowery, Olivia Lowery and Jesse Lowery.
