She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert "Hub" Heath and Lovella Merrill Heath; her husband Garfield Clark; and her siblings, Nancy Stamps, Charles Wayne Heath and James Merrill Heath.
She is survived by: her sons, Dennis Clark (Lori) of Little River and Douglas Clark (Wendy) of Lawndale, NC; her grandchildren, Haley, Jackson (Brianna Queen), Bryson (Morgan Wienand), Lauren and Logan Clark; her niece Gail Anderson; her nephew Herbert Heath; her great-niece Danielle; and her great-nephew Josh.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Little River Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 51 Little River Church Road, Penrose NC 28766.
