Freddie will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. She was predeceased by: her husbands, Billie Padgett Norris and Carl Hart; and her son Kevin Stephen Norris. She is survived by: her son Todd Norris (Cheryl) of Pittsboro; and her stepdaughter Cindi O'Neill (Chris O'Neill). She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and many dear friends.
