He is survived by: his children, Michelle Escalante of Rosman and Andrew Escalante of Greenville; his grandson Kingston Escalante of Anderson; and his sisters, Camila Arroyo of Cayey, Margarita Vargas of Cayey and Carmen Carattini of Cayey. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
