It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Brumback Thompson of Brevard, North Carolina, born in Macon, Georgia, who passed away on October 29, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Brumback and Martha Brumback; her husband Nath Thompson; her sister Martha Dunwoody; and her grandson Thompson Tayloe.
She is survived by: her children, Kimbrough Tayloe (Ryal), Alfred Thompson (Mary-Eccles) and Charles Thompson (Linda Seebantz); her grandchildren, Ryal Tayloe (Laura), Mary-Rosser Kendall (Bruce), Alfred Thompson, Jr. (Emily) and Bren Hogan (Alex); her great grandchildren, Nath Kendall, Finn Kendall, Wood Tayloe and Hanlon Tayloe; her cousin Kimbrough Donner (Beau); and her pet Buddy. She is also survived by her husband, her children, her grandchildren, her great grandchildren, her extended family, and all of her friends.
