He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Hall and Mary Hall; and his wife Joy Hall. He is survived by: his children, William Hall (Kelli Cullpepper) of Dallas, TX and Jennifer Phillips (Joe) of Brevard, NC.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Good Shepard Episcopal Church (495 Herbert Hills Dr, Hayesville, NC 28904). A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at the TBD Good Shepard Episcopal Church (495 Herbert Hills Dr, Hayesville, NC 28904).
