He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Molly; his children, Beth Baughman (Tim) of Atlanta, GA and Hal Jenkins (Julia) of Raleigh, NC; his grandchildren, Henry, Piper Baughman, Arthur, Julia and Thomas Jenkins; his brother Frank Jenkins of Cartersville, GA.; and his parents, Frank E. Jenkins, Jr. and Polly Little Jenkins.
He was honored to serve during the initial year of the COVID pandemic.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Dr. Jenkins' name to the Transylvania County Library Foundation or Sharing House Brevard.
