We are sad to announce that on November 17, 2022, at the age of 95, Richard E. Abbott of Brevard, North Carolina, born in Findlay, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Abbott and June Abbott (Sayre); his son David Abbott; and his siblings, Kenneth, Helen Noel and Betty Moffit.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret J. Davis; and his children, Ronald Abbott (Cathy) of LaRue, Michael Abbott (Malou) of San Angelo, Patricia Higley (Bryan) of Flat Rock, NC and Nancy Howlett (Tom) of Sweetwater. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, 4 great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Wyandot County Council on Aging or Trinity Evangelical Church and can be sent to Lucas-Batton, 476 S. Sandusky Ave. Upper Sandusky, Ohio 43351.
