“I'm so sorry to hear of Steve's passing, I first met him in Kindergarten at Monteith Elementary in Drayton Plains Michigan. In 6th grade we were in our school play The Wizard of Oz, he played the Scarecrow, I was Dorothy and encouragement from him and others helped me with my stage fright. We went on to Junior High and then High School. I lost touch with him after that. And then with the miracle of Facebook occasionally we would converse, he with the same kindness that I remember from our youth.”
