William Lee Obituary

William "Bill" Lee, 71, passed away peacefully at home with his wife and sister-in-law by his side on October 30th, 2022.

He was born June 2, 1951, to the late Earl and Willie Mae Owen Lee. He is survived by his wife, Melodie, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Rev. Dan and Clara McCall, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Brian & Melaney McCall of Balsam Grove, brother and sister-in-law Rev. Pete and Colleen Lee of Brevard, brother and sister-in-law Mike and Ellen Lee of Cedar Mountain, brother Tim Lee of Brevard, sister Peggy Galloway of North, SC, sister & brother-in-law Jimmie and Stanley Turner of Etowah, sister Virginia Medford of Spring, Texas, sister Bobbi Ellis of Hendersonville, several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews. He was preceded in death by sister and brother-in-law Lucy and Sam McCall of Coalfield, Tennessee, sister Mildred Briggs of Charlotte, sister and brother-in-law Beth & Ronnie Hoxit of Brevard, brother-in-law Vernon Galloway of North, SC, brother-in-law Bill Ellis of Hendersonville, one nephew, one great-nephew and three nieces.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4th, 2022, at 1pm at Woods Memorial Baptist Church in Balsam Grove. Funeral services will follow at 2pm with Rev. Benson Galloway of Brevard and Rev. Roger Massey of Marshall presiding. Burial will follow at Shoal Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Davis Owen presiding.
