She was predeceased by: her parents, Manuel Caldwell and Nancy Gillam Caldwell; her siblings, Margaret Meeks, Elsie Edwards, Johnny Caldwell, Margie Gillam and Sara Evelyn Lathan; her children, Thomas Womack, Delbert Womack and Peggy Gaines; and her great grandchild Alfredo Manuel Gomez.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Rochelle (Richard) of Broadway, NC and William Glenn Womack (Pam) of Broadway, NC; and her sister Barbara Baker of Dechard, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
