Guy Heffner Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Guy Heffner of Broadway, North Carolina, who passed away on February 2, 2026, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle Edward Heffner and Sue Ann Morningstar Heffner; his wife Nancy Fields Heffner; and his brother Greg E. Heffner. He is survived by: his children, Adam King (Danielle) of Pinson, James "Jamie" Switzer and Dorothy "DJ" Keene (James) of Lillington; his sister Sheri Paulk of Snow Hill, NC.; his uncles, Glen Morningstar of Florida and Ted Moringstar of Ohio; and his aunt Sandy Carlisle of Ormond Beach, Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Family Home (504 Hamlet Dr, Broadway, NC 27505).
