He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Victor Blalock; his daughter Jennifer Ann Blalock; and his brothers, Jerry Blalock and Larry Joe Blalock. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Barnes Blalock; his daughters, Sherry Adkins (Robert) of Sanford, Shawn Hobson (Kenneth) of Sanford and Shannon Martinez (Armando) of Sanford; and his grandsons, Jonathan Godfrey and Alexander Blalock.
