She was predeceased by: her parents, D. Herbert O'Quinn and Flennie Hallman O'Quinn; her husband Mack J. Thomas; her grandson Charlie B. Sloan IV; her great grandchildren, Chaz Sloan and Adalyn Meadows; and her siblings, Mack O'Quinn, Jimmy O'Quinn and Sammy O'Quinn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Gendics (Joseph) of Sanford, NC, Lisa Suggs (Alan Crockett) of Broadway, NC and Susan Diggs of Sanford, NC.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
