He was predeceased by: his parents, William Conley and Shellie Thomas Putnam. He is survived by: his wife Jean Harrington Putnam; his children, Johnny Putnam (Becky) of Broadway and Susan Britt of Broadway; his granddaughters, Farrah Holder (John) of Broadway and Natalie Kelly (Kevin) of Broadway; his great grandchildren, Nathan Holder, Hannah Holder, Bryson Holder and Beckley Kelly; and his niece Carolyn "Pete" Sloan of Broadway.
