She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Hiott and Betty Hiott. She is survived by: her husband Steven Richter; and her children, Gina Marie Richter of Broadway, Tim Richter of Pennsylvania, Danny Richter of Broadway and Andrew Richter of Broadway. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
