She is survived by: her parents, Jamie Cruz of Jacksonville, FL and Kelly Whittaker of Brunswick, GA.; her husband Daniel York; her stepfather Chris Fairwell (Gloria Isner); her siblings, Kyle Dixon, Taylor Middleton and Bianca Fairwell; Michael and Jennifer York. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
