Though Idalee Inez may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Idalee Inez touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Edward Huskey and Alita Huskey Cunningham; her grandchildren, Shasta (Chad Morris), Brandi Cunningham (Charlie Griner), Gavin, Cody and Ian Huskey; and her great grandchildren, Braxton, Brandon Morris and Finn Griner.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Crisp Funeral Home (669 US-19, Bryson City, NC 28713). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
