He is survived by: his siblings, Roy, Sue Ashe (Robert Joseph Ashe), Annie Mae Taylor and Troy Lee Whiteside Jr. (Edna Duvall); his son Jerry Jr.; his wife Winnona Mauck; his children, Billy and Joyce (Hal McFeely); and his grandchildren, Sarah and Maxx.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Crisp Funeral Home (669 US-19, Bryson City, NC 28713).
