She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl L. Rogers and Lucile Parker Rogers of Whittier; her husband Eugene R. Burke; her son Derek James Moore; and her brothers, Harry Rogers of Bryson City and Henry Rogers of Ela.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Stephanie Moore of Nanjemoy, MD; her grandchildren, Christopher Moore (Adele) of Maryland and Caitlin Davis (Nick) of Maryland; her great grandchildren, Delaney Davis and Mia Moore; her siblings, Linda Tipton (Keith) of Bryson City, Jane Cunningham (Bill) of Cummings, GA and Don Rogers of Whittier; her sisters-in-law, Coleen Buchanan and Jane Taylor Rogers; and her close friends, Francis McMahan, Ivor, Linda Parris, Nancy Wiggins, Jerry Bowers, Judy Wade, Jenny Leo, Mark, Mary Kranniak and Jeff Jenkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
