She is survived by: her sons, Jeffery Allen Lowe (Christy Leigh) and Phillip Brian Lowe (Mariah Shea); her grandchildren, Ashley Ramey (Bruce), Taylor Woodard (Milton), Auburn McDaniel (Derick), Morgan Wiggins, Hannah Sneed (Seth), Trey Lowe-Bowman and Isabel Lowe; and her siblings, Marcia Hollifield (Eddie), Judy Blevins (Jim), Charlie Howard (Sandy), Eugene Howard (Suzanne) and Dennis Howard. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
